The latest release (V6) of the Engineering Suite is an Add-on to Microsoft Visio.
Naval ship on-board and land based training system
The Total Platform Training System (TPTS) is an add-on to the Engineering Suite V6.x product.
The ship systems are modeled with the Engineering Suite V6.x.
The TPTS adds a custom library for ship propulsion elements such as Diesel engines, gas turbines, gear boxes, variable pitch propellers, ship hydrodynamics and others. There are also objects to link ship system model elements to external PLC based control systems.
A Lesson Plan Manager (LPMS) permits the injection of problems and monitoring of the trainee response.
The TPTS may be linked to PLCs.
